Here’s a sample of a Special K Diet Menu day from The Cereal Dieter:
Breakfast Special K redberries cereal with extra bananas
Lunch special k original with blueberries
Snack orange slices and carrot sticks
Dinner spaghetti and meat sauce with chopped mushrooms and peppers and a whole wheat roll
Snack banana
Another Day:
Breakfast Special K Chocolatey Delight and sliced banana
Lunch Any cereal of your choice with crushed special k cereal bar and blueberries
Snack apple
Dinner Pork Chops with apple sauce, rice or roasted potatoes and vegetables
Snack bran muffin with fruit or bowl of popcorn
Special K Warning:
Consider taking a multivitamin and fiber supplement during your 2 week diet and be careful to pay attention to warning signs of too few calories. Make sure you remember to add fruit to your cereal and have healthy suggested snacks in between meals.
